In this category each peptide stands on its own: one substance per vial, one certificate of analysis per batch. If you need a specific substance and have to be able to trace its data, this is the right place – unlike pre-mixed blends, purity here can be attributed unambiguously to a single substance.

What is tested

Every batch goes through two independent methods before release. Reversed-phase HPLC separates the sample and quantifies the proportion of the target substance; this is where the figure of at least 99 percent comes from. Mass spectrometry then confirms identity: it measures the molecular mass and thereby shows that the declared substance is actually present, rather than a structurally similar one.

Both are necessary. A high purity figure on its own says nothing about what is pure.

Form and handling

All items are lyophilised, that is freeze-dried, and filled into clear glass vials with a butyl stopper and an aluminium crimp cap. In this form peptides are considerably more stable in storage than in solution. Storage is protected from light at −20 °C, shipping is temperature-controlled with cooling elements.

A vial should reach room temperature before opening, otherwise condensation forms inside.

What comes with the delivery

Every batch is accompanied by a certificate of analysis, a chromatogram and a safety data sheet. These are enclosed with the shipment and can be viewed on the respective product page without signing in. Retention samples of every batch are archived.
