Supply is exclusively to commercial, scientific and institutional buyers. When purchasing you confirm that the products will be used solely for research and analytical purposes.

Yes, guest ordering is possible. With an account, though, you can see your order history, invoices and batch certificates again at any time.

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory for purity by RP-HPLC and for identity by mass spectrometry. The certificate is freely available on the product page.

Batch number, test date, testing laboratory, purity, identity confirmation, water content and residual solvents, along with the test methods used.

For product safety reasons, items that have been opened or not kept refrigerated throughout cannot be taken back. Unopened goods we accept within the statutory periods.

We ship temperature-controlled in insulated boxes with pre-cooled gel packs. In hot weather we dispatch only at the start of the week, so that no parcel sits over the weekend.

At present we ship only to the countries selectable at checkout. Responsibility for the legality of import and use in the destination country rests with the buyer.

Through our payment provider Stripe: credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and – depending on the delivery country – Klarna and PayPal.

The invoice is created immediately after payment arrives, sent by email and available as a PDF in your customer account.
