Processing time

Orders received on working days before 1 pm usually leave our warehouse the same day.

Temperature-controlled shipping

All temperature-sensitive products are shipped in insulated boxes with pre-cooled gel packs. When outside temperatures exceed 28 °C we dispatch only Monday to Wednesday, so that no parcel sits over the weekend.

Tracking

As soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse you receive an email with a tracking number. You can also see the status in your customer account at any time.

Receipt and inspection

Please check the parcel for transport damage on arrival and document anything unusual with a photo. Report damage within 24 hours.
